Introduction:

I am a Consultant General Surgeon and Professor of General Surgery with over 30 years of clinical and teaching experience.

I pursued my MBBS and Masters from the prestigious LTM Medical College & General Hospital, Sion, Mumbai. Subsequently, I lectured in the same institute for a while and then moved on to work in different places in India and abroad.

During my long journey in the field of Surgery, I treated/operated a large number of cases, many of which were very challenging, and simultaneously during my academic carrier, I published research papers, wrote protocols, and authored two books.

In this difficult time of COVID pandemic when patients find it difficult to seek medical help, what can be a better way than offering consultation online?

Similarly, I thought of sharing my knowledge and teaching experience with students as well, who must have missed a lot of classes during this difficult time.
